Implemented in Shopify, the Home For You (HFY) online store had as main technological challenge the integration of systems, namely the product catalogue, keeping all stock management and the catalog centralized through its ERP.
Another important challenge in this project was related to the automated flow emails, after a user subscribes the subscription pop-up (eg new customer newsletter campaign strategy, customers who left their shopping cart behind, etc.) and also, the achievement of an incredible UX (user experience) in a way that corresponds to the 4 pillars:
- Usability: HFY website should be simple to navigate
- Usefulness: the content would need to be useful, in addition to being easily available to the user
- Accessibility: access to the material should be facilitated
- Functionality: the pages needed to fulfill the purpose for which they were designed.
